We've been hard at work to provide you with the following new features:
Edit Customer From The Contacts List
Now, you can go to the All Contacts list and check off on all of the contacts you want to edit > Edit at the bottom of the screen and then be able to add the checked off customers to a group(s), change their colors or add them to a particular route. This makes editing customers much easier!
View Your Reminders On A Calendar
Our brand new calendar feature allows you to see all of the reminders you have set on your account on a reminder! To view this, go to Mapping > Reminders > Calendar view. This calendar view shows you your reminders for the month, week and day.
Sort By Check-ins & Reminders
You can now sort your contact list by check-in and reminders. To do this, go to All Contacts > Sort Options and choose to sort by check-in or reminders.
New Support Forum
With our new support forum, you can see if someone else has had the same issues or questions that you have had about Map My Customers and potentially find a solution. You can also submit your own questions and answers here.
Add A Single Reminder to Google Calendar
You can now add a single reminder from Map My Customers to your Google Calendar. To do this, simply create a reminder like you normally would and choose to 'Add to calendar'.
Team Manager Can View Reports & Charts For All Team Members On Dashboard
This new feature gives a manager on the teams hierarchy the same access as the team owner when looking into charts and reports for each team member.
